HOW DO I BORROW A BOOK?

Start with signing up for a free annual membership.
After submitting the form, your account will be activated within 24-48 hours.
You will receive an email with your login and password details.

To borrow a book, visit the library catalog.
Log in to your account by clicking "Patron Login" on the left.
(On mobile, this option appears in the menu, which is collapsed by default and can be opened by tapping the three lines at the top left)
Browse the Library catalog and find a book you are interested in.
Click on the title to view more info about a particular book.
Click "checkout" on the book(s) you are interested in.
At the bottom of the page, tap "Complete" and then "Submit", and your done!
Your order has now been sent to us.

You can also visit the library in person at the Chabad Center For Jewish Life.

Our team will pack up your books for you, and will contact you via email with pickup instructions.

Books will be available for pickup at the Chabad Center For Jewish Life.

HOW DO I RETURN A BOOK?

To return a book, simple place them back in the bag you received them in and leave them at the Chabad Center For Jewish Life. Please give a notice before you return.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Library memberships are free! Optional donations help our library grow!
Sign up for a membership here.
Once you've signed up, you account will be activated and you are ready to begin borrowing.
Just please make sure you treat the books with respect, and return them on time.

HOW LONG CAN I BORROW A BOOK FOR?

You can borrow a book for up to 2 weeks from when you pick up the book.
Please return your books on time, so that the next person can give them a read!

HOW MANY BOOKS CAN I BORROW AT A TIME?

You can borrow 2 books at a time.
This ensures that everyone can get their hands on a title that suites them.
Want to borrow more books? Sure, just return the ones you've got, and you can take out new ones!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE OR LOSE A BOOK?

Please treat the books with a great deal of love!
We want them to be around for a very long time.
If you do damage a book, please send it back to us as soon as possible, so that we can assess any damage, and, if possible, repair the book.
If you lose a book, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
You'll be charged a fee to replace the book, so we can get it back into our catalog.
